Giorgiko (pronounced jee-OR-jee-koh) is the collaborative creation of Darren and Trisha Inouye melding minimal, expressive character illustration with classical painting. The Giorgiko universe is home to lost boys and wayfaring girls, and explores the stories of their wanderings and their dreams of being found again.

This Los Angeles-based husband-and-wife team draws their inspiration from history, childhood memories, and meaningful stories both real and imagined. Their work explores the familiar feelings of those who have experienced loss, searched for meaning, and felt love’s embrace. Their hope is that in a world full of wandering, the Giorgiko universe inspires the search for truth, true love, and purpose.
